1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the taya0 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at taya0.net.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the taya0 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the taya0 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's taya0 Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by taya0.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund or deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, bingo room, or sports betting market made available on the taya0 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the taya0 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the taya0 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and taya0.

Your continued use of the taya0 Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as of the effective date stated therein. If at any time you do not agree with the Terms as currently published, you are required to cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register a taya0 Account and access gambling services on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. taya0 strictly prohibits the registration of accounts by persons under 21 years of age in accordance with PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming regulations applicable in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts, trust accounts, and registrations made on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of taya0, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion agreement in place with taya0 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator that covers the type of gaming activity you seek to access.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

taya0 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by taya0 may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Account Obligations

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) taya0 Account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single Player — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs on or through your taya0 Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying taya0 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensuring that your Account registration details remain accurate and up to date. You may update your details by contacting taya0 support at the email address provided in Section 16.
• Keeping your registered payment methods valid and in your own name. taya0 does not permit the use of payment instruments belonging to third parties.

taya0 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that taya0 has not itself acted negligently in relation to the security of the Platform.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account Balances are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya0 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the taya0 cashier page at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the taya0 Platform:

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of payment by the relevant payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited in near-real time. Bank transfer processing times are subject to standard Philippine interbank timelines.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same Account, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal amounts.
• taya0 reserves the right to request identity verification and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing of withdrawals may be paused pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Withdrawal requests made while any Bonus Funds remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be declined or will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds, at taya0's discretion.
• taya0 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which taya0 accepts no responsibility.
• taya0 reserves the right to set, modify, and enforce minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on any Account at any time, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

taya0 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account Balance at the end of the validity period.
• taya0 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account and subject to ongoing wagering will not be retroactively revoked solely due to promotion cancellation.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, and collusive play, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. taya0 may apply this restriction broadly where there is evidence of coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation.
• Games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in the relevant promotion terms. As a general rule, slots contribute at a higher rate than live dealer games and table games unless otherwise specified.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya0 Platform are operated in accordance with their respective published game rules. By participating in any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that Game. Game rules are accessible from within each Game interface on the Platform.

taya0's slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random number generation technology to produce game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed game studios via real-time video streaming. taya0 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results once a game round has commenced.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, taya0 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. taya0 will not be liable for any real or perceived loss arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya0 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all Balances held in the Account:

• Registering or operating more than one taya0 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its Games.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated unfair play with other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any Game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the taya0 Platform, its servers, or its databases.
• Using the taya0 Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward taya0 staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent taya0's responsible gaming tools, age verification processes, or self-exclusion measures.

taya0 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

taya0 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with automatic logout.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming outcome.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 1 month) or permanent self-exclusion from the taya0 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the expiry of the chosen exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Permanently close your taya0 Account at any time by contacting our support team.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya0 Platform — including but not limited to the taya0 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of taya0 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya0 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from taya0.
• Use the taya0 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the taya0 Platform software or game technology.
• Create derivative works based on any taya0 Platform content.

Any breach of this Section may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law, in addition to immediate Account termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya0, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the taya0 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, or any gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of revenue arising from Platform use or inability to access the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond taya0's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by taya0 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations.

Where taya0's liability cannot be fully excluded under Philippine consumer protection law, taya0's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to taya0 in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

The taya0 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. taya0 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on any device used to access the Platform.

12 Suspension & Termination

taya0 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period specified by taya0.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request, court order, or regulatory direction.
• Reasonable grounds to believe that continued Account operation presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to taya0.

Upon Account termination for cause under these Terms, taya0 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from gameplay conducted in breach of these Terms. Real-money Balance held in a terminated Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, net of any amounts legitimately withheld by taya0, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting taya0 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

taya0 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a taya0 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya0 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to operate Platform functions (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Philippine law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

taya0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, taya0 will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to ensure that you remain in agreement with the current version. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 prior to the effective date of the relevant amendment.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and taya0 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting taya0 customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or a competent court of jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the relevant dispute resolution procedures of that authority shall apply. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
